Fred Durst sex tape video has been registered in the U.S. copyright office.

The copyright infringement theory... I found it rather interesting regarding the leak of the Fred Durst sex tape video & that Fred & his attorney took the angle of copyright infringement. I also found it strange that Durst didn't even have an actual copyright when the celebrity sex tape was stolen. First the Fred Durst sex tape came out on the internet & he was contacted about perhaps agreeing to release the celebrity sex tape for profit. Only then did Fred decide to get a copyright on the sex video tape & file a lawsuit for copyright infringement. Most celebrities that have had their private sex tapes stolen have claimed that their civil rights were violated.
